When looking for a romantic wedding venue near Maryland, the Market at Grelen is such a beautiful option, especially while taking COVID into consideration! With an outdoor ceremony area that has plenty of space for social distancing and an open air reception tent, it was certainly the perfect spot for Lorna & Nick’s celebration. When I say these two were troopers in the wedding planning process, I mean it. Not only did they change their date multiple times due to a family member’s illness, when COVID struck they were forced to reschedule again! 
When it came to the day’s dapper attire, Nick took the cake. Aren’t his shoes outstanding?! Lorna’s dress by Sarah Nouri matched his vibe perfectly, these two know how to create a showstopping ensemble. Beauty by Gohar Beaver and OnLocation Bridal provided incredible, seamless services as the two got ready.
Lorna’s entire family was from Scotland so when the big day rolled around, they made sure to include many tributes to her native land and the beloved guests who were unable to attend. COVID didn’t put a damper on anyone’s personal style, how chic were these masks down the aisle? You can really compliment your wedding party’s look with a well designed mask and here’s photo evidence to prove it.
Community was extremely important to both Lorna & Nick so they made sure to maximize time with their guests throughout the day, especially during cocktail hour when many couples opt to slip away for portraits. When the reception rolled around, everyone drooled over the florals by Posey Detail, dinner by The Local and sweets by Fluffy Thoughts Cakes!
Despite all the postponement struggles, Lorna + Nick’s wedding day was showered with luck as they exited their reception and guests waved sparklers to cheer them on into their new life as husband and wife at this romantic wedding venue near Maryland!
