If you aren’t from the deep south, you might be wondering what the point of a bridal session is? Despite a long and varied tradition, I like to look at bridal sessions as a no-pressure practice run.
Most of my brides use bridal sessions as a way to confirm their hair and make up with their stylists, test out bouquet styles, and finalize all of the pieces of their wedding day look. As an added bonus, it gives us an extra 60 minutes to get comfortable with one another at your wedding venue!
The lace off-the-shoulder detailing on Madison’s dress perfectly aligned with her personal style. Everything she wore at her engagement photos was off the shoulder too! The team at Tiffany’s Bridal in Richmond did such a great job helping Madison find something self-expressive yet timeless with her dress and veil!
Believe it or not, having a bridal session positively impacted Madison’s wedding day timeline too! Since we had already had a full session dedicated to her getting ready and showcasing her carefully chosen details, I was able to spend more time on her wedding day focusing on other important details and interactions. A win-win in my book!
