Kathryn and Ryan love spending time together outside. Their fur-child, Finley is the light of their lives. In their free time they enjoy hiking, biking, and going on adventures together. There’s no better way to celebrate a love rooted in the great outdoors than a Maryland farm wedding.
Kathryn and Ryan were married at Tusculum Farm near Laytonsville, MD. They chose this venue because of its bed and breakfast, so their wedding party and family could stay onsite during the wedding weekend. They also hosted their rehearsal dinner here, spending the day hiking and fishing with family and friends before the night’s events. To see their photos from their rehearsal dinner, click here.
Choosing to have an outdoor farm wedding has many perks. The beautiful countryside views will give your guests a beautiful backdrop as the sun goes down and the party begins. Kathryn and Ryan had several guests visiting from out of state, which made Tusculum Farm a perfect location to introduce them to the beauty that Maryland farm weddings have to offer.
In lieu of tradition, Kathryn and Ryan asked their grandmothers to be their flower girls for their wedding ceremony! Their grandparents are extremely important to both of them, and they were extremely excited to have them as a part of their Maryland farm wedding day.
Kathryn’s hair and makeup was done by Priscilla Ann Studio, and her dress was from Love Couture.
Kathryn and Ryan’s Maryland farm wedding video was done by Love Per Second, and they wedding florals were done by Edge Floral.
Their beautiful wedding cake was designed by Fluffy Thoughts Cakes. They were especially excited for their cake topper, featuring their beloved dog, Finley. Their entertainment for the evening was provided by Shewsical Entertainment.
